Description and Analysis of the Headhunting Mission
In this stage it is indispensible to understand whom the Client’s company requires and for what purposes, meaning the company’s needs and the profile of a current vacancy. In order to give a comprehensive reply to relevant questions we carefully research the company’s current market situation (involving the Client’s employees, industry specialists and analytical researches if applicable). We also find out its long- and short-term goals, peculiar features of the corporative culture.
Search Strategy Development
Having obtained and analyzed the abovementioned information, we determine target industries for search, target companies in the industrial fields and target candidates in companies, meaning we find out whether the market can provide us with suitable experts. Having our current database at the fingertips we use it for accomplishing the goal.
The next step is agreeing upon a confidential job description, we will present to our candidates afterwards, with the Client. And finally, jointly with our Client we approve the search project implementation schedule.
Search and Selection of Candidates
In the early stage we create the Long List which is a preliminary list of potential candidates. We then set up an interview with each of them under strict confidence. We aim to reveal their motivation, job and social skills, personality traits, their strengths and weaknesses. Based on the interview outcome the Short List is produced which encompasses the most suitable candidates from our perspective. We draw up a preliminary report containing short overview and recommendations for every candidate mentioned in the Short List for our Client. We then arrange a meeting for our Client with each of the selected candidates. Depending on the Client’s choice the meeting can take place both involving our representative and tête-à-tête. Receiving consent of the candidate selected by the Client we obtain recommendations from his previous places of work.
Selection and Approval of a Candidate
This is last but not least stage of the search. In its course the Client selects the best candidate with our help and makes a Job Offer.
If required we arrange the final talks between the Client and selected candidate, and both sign the Job Offer ultimately, i.e. the candidate becomes an employee of the Client’s company.
Integration and Support of the Candidate in His / Her New Workplace
As a company that holds responsibility for quality of our work, we support and consult both a newly-hired employee and the Client during the entire period of integration and adaptation. In this stage (that usually lasts for six months following mutual agreement) our task is to make sure that both the Client and the new employee successfully accomplish previously discussed goals and aims.
But even upon the termination of adaptation period we do not cease communicating with the Client and the new employee.
